I notice note "Not Available at design time?" with .ReadByte and .ReadString

Does this mean, its not available with trial version?

Not available at design time means that the property can't be accessed via the properties window in the IDE when your program is not actually running.

It can only be accessed at runtime.

In other words it is a runtime property not a design time property.
